Sozin Technologies Limited provides unlimited conversations through our Sozin AI chat product with a generous fair use policy designed to ensure a high-quality experience for all users. While we don't impose hard caps on the number of messages for our Pro users, we monitor usage to prevent abuse and ensure system stability. This policy explains how our fair use system works and what it means for your usage.
Our goal is to offer unlimited conversations at a sustainable, low price. To do this, we need to ensure that the service is used fairly by everyone. A small number of users with extremely high usage can degrade the quality of service for everyone else. This policy helps us prevent that.
For our Pro users, we do not set a specific message limit. Instead, we use a system that monitors overall usage patterns. 99% of users will never be affected by this policy.
Usage is measured in credits, and different AI models consume different amounts of credits based on their cost and complexity. Your usage is considered fair as long as it does not consistently and significantly exceed the average usage of other Pro users over a sustained period.
If your usage is unusually high, we may temporarily deprioritize your requests during peak times to ensure a smooth experience for all users. In rare and extreme cases, if usage remains at a level that negatively impacts the service for others, we may reach out to you to discuss your needs and potential solutions, such as a custom enterprise plan.
